EXTRA-MURAL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE OFFERED BY OUR SCHOOL:

Athletics:
The first term always starts with athletics – track and field items are taught and developed and we compete on a large scale with other schools.
Netball:
Netball coaching is available to all girls from Gr. 1 – 7. Learners take part with enthusiasm and our passionate coaches have many years of experience. Mini-netball is played with the U/7, U/8 and U/9 girls.
Rugby:
We offer a rugby programme for all boys from Grade 2 – 7. We have talented and passionate coaches who lay a strong foundation of skill. Our First Team completed the 2019 season unbeaten, which proves that the programme is successful.
Soccer:
Soccer is fast becoming one of the most popular sports at our school. Both boys and girls from Gr.1 – 7 may participate. The Junior and Senior teams have done very well in past seasons.
Hockey:
Hockey training takes place during the third term. The girls and boys enjoy this team sport tremendously and are seldom beaten by other schools.
Cricket:
Both mini-cricket and cricket is offered. All boys and girls between the ages 7 – 13 can participate.
Cross Country:
Cross Country is offered in the third term, for all learners from Gr.3 – 7.
Choir:
Our choir is called the Amazwi Singing Group and all learners from Gr 1 – 7 may take part.
Additional:
Our school also offers a variety of additional extra murals, from outside companies.
They include:

• Abacus
• Pottery
• Young Engineers
• Gym Kidz
• Boxercise
• Karate
• Ballet
